With remarkable accomplishments - PhD and MSc in Yoga, Psychology, Alternative Medicine and Arts with National Research Fellowships; Dr Sharma has been creating new strides by cross-pollinating the worlds of classical dance (Kathak), music, wellness and Ayurveda for making real impact in the area of mental health and deep healing. She has been doing impactful and disruptive work in the terrain of inner engineering. Her research and practical development work straddles and intertwines many areas like mental health, depression, emotional wellness, resilience, the wisdom of Geeta, Guru-Shishya Parampara and the treasures of India’s Classical heritage. <br/><br /> She has been awarded with ‘Nitya Sadhna Award’ by the Indian Art and Cultural Society, Cultural Carnival Goa and the ‘Maharana Sangeet Samman’ in Rajasthan. An accomplished artist with Nritya Alankar, Nritya Praveen under her belt from a very young age, she has been accorded Research Fellowships from Minster of Culture, Government of India in the field of Dance and Yoga as well as a Senior Fellowship in Performing Art from CCRT, New Delhi. She has also pursued courses and modules in stress management, alternative medicine, yoga, naturopathy as well as workshops in Women Entrepreneurship (From IIM-U). She is a sought-after speaker and has participated in global cultural platforms of Amsterdam, Chicago, Hungary, Romania, Singapore, Malaysia and other countries. She has also conducted some unique cross-pollinated experiments and workshops with international artists and students – specially in dance forms of France and Spain. Dr Tripathi has been making strides in development and research areas related to organizational psychology, mental health, design thinking and new psychology horizons. She is a Professor of Business Research and Marketing and also the author of more than fifteen articles, case studies and three books on Sovereign Marketing, MOOC and Covid-19. She has delivered key note addresses in several globally-prestigious forums. Her areas of impact cover research, academics, manufacturing, banking and entertainment sector. She is passionate and curious about unravelling new leaps in emotional health, work-life balance, growth and development, psychology, strategy formulation and data visualization.
